So, I met an editor online and she or maybe she's a he? LOL. I don't know and the name is foreign sounding, so I don't know the gender. Anyways, that's not significant. LOL (again) happy? Hahaha... Maybe I am.
Well, this person offered me a writing gig. There are no deadlines, no quotas. But of course, the sooner I finish the sooner I get paid. So, I'm writing now, at least, I get to flex my creative juices and get it flowing. This novel was something that I started way back and forgot about, I just saw it in my google drive, and it's not even completed in my head, so I'm making up the story as I go. I'm not yet sure how I'm going to go with this story, it's still formulating, but I'm really happy to be writing and writing with a purpose.
For now, I'm writing a novel, a story to be enjoyed and pass the time, but later on, I hope to be writing something inspirational, motivational, somewhere along the lines of self help books like that... Hopefully. Some thoughts swirl in my head but nothing concrete yet, so I haven't started that. This novel writing, plus this beginning blogging again, for now gets me writing and gets the creative juices flowing, so yeah, I'll get there soon enough.
