Our neighbor gave us some katuray. I didn't know what that was, but my husband prepared it, as a salad and hmm... it was good.
If you know where to procure some katuray, you might want to cook some for you :)

Ingredients:
katuray flowers (remove stamen),
sliced onion, vinegar,
ginger, garlic,
sugar , salt oil
Procedure:
- 1. Saute the garlic in corn until brown.
- 2. Add the onions and ginger.
- 3. Cook for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Let boil
- 5. Add the katuray flowers and stir.
- 6. Let sit for ten minutes.
- 7. Serve.
