Torch - UP Town - A Feast for the Palate

So April 4, marked a friend of mine's birthday, so as usual, the 4 of us gathered to celebrate her natal day, but yea... not exactly on her birthday. We met last Saturday at Torch UP Town, of course, it was her treat!
Happy Birthday!!!

The food was great, though it was a bit pricey but yea, a lot worth it.  We had an assortment of yummy delights! Our priest friend of course had his taste of his favorite, steak! Yey! Whenever we go out, we always try to go to where there will be steak since that's his favorite and he doesn't eat chicken, so that narrows our choice a bit and I know he loved his food. I had the beef short plate and it was also quite good.

We also had the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, it was really yummy as well. And if I remember correctly we also had some chicken alfredo pasta

My favorite of all at torch, was the volcano roll, it was a sort of sushi but it wasn't arranged the usual way and you don't eat it with wasabi and soy sauce but it was really good. You should try it but be ready to pay. ha! It's around 370 pesos an order and there were about 6 or 7 pcs of sushi but its really, really good.

Overall my Torch experience was quite good. Although it might still be a time before I can actually go there and it, as I said, it's quite pricey... so maybe when I am able to save up a good amount for the fambam to eat. I'm sure Torch will be one stop we will want to visit.
