Okay, so let's take a break from all the seriousness... LOL Let's take a little reprieve from all the quarantine, covid news and divert into something else for the mean time...
Last year I went on a diet and lost around 20 lbs, and I was happy but things changed a bit and I got off the diet and well gained it all back.
Now, I want to start to diet again... It's a modified keto diet and it has been effective for me. So I will start doing the dang diet again and hopefully I can keep it up and reach my desired weight.
I started today and my current weight is at 77.5kg, goal weight is 53kg... A long way to go, but I'm hoping that I can reach it, I'm not in a hurry but I hope to lose a little weight each day which will go towards my goal in a big way. I will update you regularly as I go on this journey of weight loss.
Help me, motivate me, hopefully with everyone's help I will end this journey on a win!
